Seller's Information

On this page you will get a short overview of the handing-in conditions:

• Please refer to our conditions of sale
• The contract for sale by auction is valid for 3 months
• If property should be sold (by auction sale or free sale) a commission fee will be charged
  • 18 % commission (plus VAT on the commission)
  • Reduced Commission for art dealers (15 % commission) after prior agreement. Special conditions for high-quality single art works and collection liquidations
• Colour photographs in the catalogue are charged with a flat rate. This flat rate will be individually agreed. Depending on number and size the net prices range from 25,- € to 150,- €
• Quick processing and payment of the auction proceeds. The sale proceeds will be paid out to the seller 4 weeks after the auction by credit transfer or crossed check – provided that we received the buyer’s payment
