Vorbericht zur Auktion am 18. Februar 2012 


Der Auftakt des Jahres startet bei Stahl in Hamburg mit einem gewohnt qualitätvollen und vielseitigen Auktionsprogramm.
Zu den Höhepunkten der Gemälde-Offerte zählen die in ausdrucksstarken Farben leuchtenden ’Tulpen in einer Vase’ von Louis Valtat, einem Mitbegründer des Fauvismus. Das um 1923 geschaffene Gemälde befindet sich seit fast 80 Jahren im Besitz derselben Familie.
